It is always free for businesses and organizations to donate their surplus food. We also do not charge agencies to receive the surplus food. We offer two editions of our software. Both editions require a local sponsor to manage the ChowMatch application within their county or city. Our free edition is an open platform that allows businesses to donate their surplus food. Recipient agencies receive an alert when surplus food becomes available. The open platform is a first come, first serve model, meaning the first recipient agency who claims the surplus food gets the food.
